OHB selected for the construction of 14 Galileo navigation satellites

Antonio Tajani, Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of Transport, today announced that the consortium led by OHB-System AG, a subsidiary of OHB Technology AG, and Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. (SSTL) has been selected for building and testing 14 satellites for the Galileo satellite navigation system, under a programme of and funded by the European Union.
